Enjoy a delicious, locally sourced breakfast and then ride out over the Cotswold countryside or take your horse around our 200 acres of farmland.
There are beautiful rides around Upton House and through the woods of Edgehill with splendid views over Warwickshire. The D’arcy Dalton way bridle path comes through our farm all in the heart of Warwickshire hunting country.
We are 15 minutes from the M40 J12 Gaydon or J11 at Banbury and just 20 minutes drive from Stratford upon Avon. Access is very easy to Stoneleigh or the NEC and Blenheim and Oxford are under an hour away.
Maps are available showing long day rides with a stop at a good pub or a picnic lunch can be booked and prepared for you.
At the end of a good day riding an evening meal can be provided or we have a selection of super pubs with very good food near by.
If you still have plenty of energy left why not make use of our tennis court or have a game of croquet on the lawn or stroll down to our lake.

We make an excellent base to stay at when competing at events in the Warwickshire Oxfordshire area.

Whether for one night only or longer stays we can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
Walkers and cyclists are also welcome with a myriad of paths to explore in this beautiful part of the Cotswolds in North Oxfordshire.
We are open all year round but do contact us to check availability and read the terms and conditions for a stay for horse and human.
